Geometric Compositions
paintings, (2022 - ongoing)
Painting for Miriam Loellmann is a very different expression and work process. While she feels in the other works rather a deep calm while working, she is much more involved in emotions and feelings when painting.

The artist is very much inspired and influenced by both the strict, clear and curved geometric forms of modern Brazilian architecture as well as the organic forms of nature, which appears in Rio in every angle and has a strong influence.

"Painting has accompanied me since childhood and I have gone through very different phases, mainly abstract and figurative. Through my other works, in a very unique style, that I follow and develop since living in Rio, I also wanted to express in painting the same theme: clarity and the reduction to colors and shapes in interaction."
